The creation of the Michigan Hillel Annual Report offered an opportunity to exhibit the organization's yearly triumphs to its esteemed donors. This substantial 49-page publication serves a crucial role in demonstrating the vibrant life of the community, its financial stewardship, and the spectrum of events and support provided to students.

Understanding the significance of the annual report as an instrument of communication and transparency, I approached the design with an intent to create a compelling narrative of success, growth, and community engagement. My objective was to cogently present the myriad accomplishments of Michigan Hillel in a manner that was both informative and visually gratifying.

o convey the concept of continuity and completeness, I selected the circle—a symbol of unity and progress—as a central motif in the visual language of the report. The use of this simple, yet evocative shape served multiple purposes: it accented key achievements, framed financial data for clarity, and provided an aesthetically pleasing element that guided the reader through the content softly and intuitively.

The circular design elements were mindfully interspersed throughout the report to create a rhythm that captured the dynamic nature of Michigan Hillel's work. This subtle repetition not only reinforced the organization's cyclical growth but also seamlessly integrated with the content to maintain an engaging flow without sacrificing the gravity of the information presented.
The Michigan Hillel Annual Report succeeded in its role of informing and inspiring its audience, forging a deeper appreciation among donors for the organization's dedication and impact. It reinforced the pivotal relationship between the community and its benefactors, aligning both with the shared vision of fostering a flourishing and inclusive environment.

In crafting this booklet, I upheld my commitment to intuitive, meaningful design. The annual report stood as a refined representation of Michigan Hillel's year in review, and I take pride in having contributed to its mission through thoughtful and strategic design execution.
